Always look on the bright side of life

"You cannot control what happens to you, but you can control your attitude toward what happens to you, and in that, you will be mastering change rather than allowing it to master you". - Brian Tracy
As humans, we always complain on the things that happen to us. Oftentimes we end up blaming others, and blaming ourselves as well. Looking for the positives in everything you see and do will ensure that you are contented and happy and live a life full of optimism and hope. Hope, ofcourse, is what we all live by, as no one knows what GOD has kept in store for us. Therefore, there is absolutely no use being negative and spreading the negativity around. By doing this, we will not only damage ourselves but also our surroundings, and the people we are related to in some way or the other.

I've realized that we should always look on the positive side of every unfortunate event. As troubles or hardships strike our lives, we just have to think positive all the time, then all the problems will eventually clear up. God does not give us problems for us to carry it all the time, but for us to be able to solve it. Let us hope that this hard time will pass and everything will be sorted out eventually. We just need to be patient, wait for the right time and believe in our GOD.

Lesson learned:
"Always look on the bright side of life".

Morning Jog's Life-Changing Benefits

One of the greatest habits you can get into your life is jogging in the morning. I think it's one of the best ways to start the day off right. My friends & I usually jog every MWFS @5o'clock in the morning, just around the community. But this morning, we decided to take a different route. I woke up @4am today, had to wake up earlier since this route is a bit longer.
Jogging regularly has lots of benefits regardless of the time you do it. But for me, doing it in the morning is much better compared to any other time of the day. Making it a habit might really be difficult to others. Ofcourse it's not easy at first, but when you get used to it, you will be very likely to stick with it for a lifetime. Before, I also had a very hard time making it as a habit. It's because I find it very difficult waking up so early in the morning. But now, I got used to it. Give it a try. Just do it!

Whoever said that jogging in the morning will make a person feeling exhausted the rest of the day is sure telling the complete opposite of truth. When you try it, you will be surprised and amazed how energetic you will be during the entire day.

If you're tasked with loads of work everyday and find it very difficult, try a morning jog, and it will completely change all of that. You will begin to notice that you will be able to accomplish more tasks. You will also feel much happier with your life and everything in it.
The air will be fresher and the grass will seem greener. You will have more meaning and purpose on everything that you will do.
It will make you feel so much better about your self and your self-esteem will go way up. You will become sharper, more alert and more confident in everything that you will do.

But don't just take my word for it, you should see for yourself! And you will be thankful you did. :)

I just wanna share the reason why we decided to take a different route on this particular morning jog. I have heard from diff. people about this Lomi house located at Sta.Maria which serves a best-tasting Lomi. The Lomi house is being visited by people coming from different places. I was just so curious about its taste so we came and try it for ourselves too. Dang! The long jog was totally worth it! It's like one of the best lomi in town. I hope we can go back there again, soon.
